Our World - a snoop around some seriously stylish homes

Is there anything better than having a good nosey into other people’s living rooms? It’s ok, we’ve all been there. Luckily we know some lovely folks who have allowed us to poke around inside their homes, so you don't have to...

Visit the Our World page on our website and you’ll find amazing behind-closed-curtains shots of Charlotte Frances London founders Camilla and Charlotte’s homes, as well as a whole host of our talented friends.
More than just a gallery of beautiful interiors, Our World, sees the CFL team snooping through the style secrets of some of London’s most stylish home-makers and getting their thoughts on what makes a house feel like a home.
Here are some of our highlights, head over to the Our World page to read the full interviews!
Camilla is one half of Charlotte Frances London as well as founder and designer behind Camilla Frances Prints, a London-based print studio. Camilla Frances Prints is known for designing prints rich in colour with an expressive, feminine edge, seen on both the catwalk and high street.
What’s your most lusted after interior item?
I have totally fallen in love with the simplicity of Muller van Severen, I adore their table and chair dining sets which combine striking primary colours and natural marble, in very simple, utilitarian design. For me it is reminiscent of school furniture and reminds me of childhood.

Renowned hair colourist Hannah is the Colour Director at The Drawing Room Salon in Shoreditch, East London. As well as her work at the Drawing Room, Hannah has tended to the manes of celebrities such as Jessie Ware, Pixie Lott and Niall Horan.
What one thing would you buy for your home if money were no object?
A teal-blue velvet sofa, I love the one on Graham & Green, and a huge souk wool rug for the living room, like the ones in West Elm.

Tiffany & Sion
Tif and Sion are the owners of, and designers behind, URiBE, a London-based fashion jewellery label. Before launching URiBE, Tif spent many years collaborating in accessories design at, among others, Lagerfeld’s Chanel, Maison Michel, Opening Ceremony’s Kenzo and Loewe, while Sion worked on branding, design and advertising concepts for clients such as Stella Artois, Nike, and BMW.
Favourite piece in your own home and why?
Tif: Our Laurence Owen painting – Laurence is an old friend of Sion’s and I wanted to get something special for Sion for Christmas one year and Laurie had painted this series all summer while on a road trip through Europe with his fiancée. Every time we look at it we are more and more impressed with its many facets.
Sion: Our Prouvé Potence lamp – it is a beautiful functional design that has spanned decades, it’s timeless.

Nik founded Grace & Thorn florists in 2011 out of a desire to create florals which defied all traditions and rules. Grace & Thorn’s naturalist and asymmetrical style has gathered a cult following amongst Londoners and brands alike
Where would be your dream place to live, in London or elsewhere?
It’s London all the way for me, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. There is so much greenery, history and culture to learn from and be inspired by, and Londoners are such innovative, open-minded and often hilarious people!

Charlotte & Rob
Charlotte is one of the founders of Charlotte Frances London and shares her Hackney townhouse with her partner Rob. Between the two of them, the couple have lived in London, New York, California, Hong Kong, Moscow and Basel.
What does home mean to you?
Both Rob and I have such hectic lives, our home is our sanctuary where we enjoy time out together – relaxing, cooking, reading or entertaining. Our home is a combination of both of our personalities; it is full of reminders of places we have lived, trips we have taken and people we have met along the way. It is a shelter from the outside world where can fully unwind and be comfortable, somewhere we always look forward to coming back to.
